Community Outreach

From international missions to local and regional outreach, BFMC is helping our neighbors far and wide. Our current outreach projects include:

Operation Christmas Child

The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Through this project, BFMC partners with Samaritan’s Purse to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations. We collect items for shoeboxes year round, including items such as toys, school supplies, hats, mittens, solar-powered calculators, and more, to bring joy to children across the nations.

Bloomington Community Outreach

Each month BFMC collects different items to help local charities and outreach programs serve the Bloomington area. Items such as diapers, clothing, hygiene products, food, and more are donated by our congregation to donate to area causes.
